What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide documented proof (photos or videos) of the damage. This will allow us to arrange for the replacement of the defective product.
Upon receiving the product, it is important to carefully check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, you must refuse delivery, noting the damage in detail on the delivery document. You should also take photos to document the damage.
Please note that shipments are made ON BEHALF OF AND UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Can I return a product?
To return an item (this option does not apply to custom-ordered products), the customer must notify our team of the intention to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. The items must then be returned intact and in their original packaging within 10 days.

Please note that returned items must be properly packaged and must not have been tampered with either inside or outside the packaging box.
