For the safety of the times and deliveries of our products, we have decided to use as the only shipping method the leading express courier companies in Italy and around the world: UPS, BRT, TNT, SDA, FERCAM, ARCO.

 

Items with immediate availability are shipped within 24/48 hours from the date of actual receipt of payment.

 

For all items we indicate an approximate date on request; the dates communicated must in any case be understood as indicative because, after entrusting the material to the courier, he becomes the only responsible for managing deliveries, any delays or changes to the expected delivery date will therefore not be attributable to our Company.

 

For islands and disadvantaged locations, delivery times are extended by one day.

 

We remind you that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In no way will it be possible to speed up the indicated times, not even by paying a supplement.

 

Barring unforeseen circumstances, the courier will make the delivery in about 2-3 working days from the date of shipment. Deliveries to the floor are not provided even with the payment of a supplement, THE COURIER WILL MAKE THE DELIVERY EXCLUSIVELY TO THE STREET LEVEL.

 

The items are carefully checked by our employees before being packaged and entrusted to the courier so we are always sure of their integrity until they leave our warehouses.

 

Shipments are made on behalf and under the responsibility of the customer, in any case at the time of delivery we recommend to ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE.

 

- If the package is intact in the outer packaging, ask the courier to tick the control reserve box on the electronic terminal, then if possible affix the note "Hidden damage reserve" in the box provided for signature and then sign.

 

- If the package has anomalies already visible in the outer packaging, it is necessary to refuse delivery and justify the refusal by marking on the slip the words "visually damaged package" or "open package" or even "ruined package ... wet... laundry... etc."

 

Failure to comply with any of the above procedures will automatically result in us not being able to handle refund requests on your behalf.
